The breakfast choices were diverse and delicious! The service was responsive and friendly. We enjoyed the wonderful city view from our room, especially at sunset.

The dinner options could be more varied to enhance the overall dining experience.

More fun than I expected!

Spending three nights was an absolute delight! The breakfast was delicious, while lunch and dinner options were impressively varied. The staff's attentiveness stood out. Even with a few hiccups regarding the rooms, the overall experience exceeded any initial doubts. Ideal for family and group trips seeking a lively respite!

Particularly Angel, were super friendly. The balcony views from our room were amazing!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing.

The views from my double room were amazing, looking out over the shimmering ocean that seemed to stretch endlessly. The outdoor pool was the perfect spot to soak up the sun, with comfy sun loungers to lounge on while sipping my favorite cocktail. Plus, the beach access made it so easy to enjoy a quick dip in the waves whenever I wanted!

Not so tropical vibes

We had a rough start trying to check in, took an hour to sort out our rooms. The beachfront was disappointing, super dirty water, and my kids couldn't swim. The food was really bland and not worth the all-inclusive tag. At least the bar had some decent cocktails to help numb the pain.

Would recommend for a weekend vacation

Comfortable room, and great breakfast options. We particularly appreciated the outdoor swimming pool and the convenient free parking that allowed us easy access to explore the area.

The pools were good, perfect for a refreshing dip, and the views from our room were amazing-like gazing at a living postcard! The hotel's layout made it easy for my mobility concerns with smooth walkways.

Great place with amazing amenities like free wi-fi, a children's pool, and 24-hour reception. The helpful staff guided me to great spots on my first stay. I'll be back for a weekend!

Great Views, But Needs Improvements

We enjoyed the fine panoramic view from our 8th-floor room. The two connecting rooms was great, but service experienced some hiccups during check-in. The food was quite basic, with limited flavor. I'd suggest looking for local dining options for a better culinary experience.

It was just a commendable fit for a flying visit in Acapulco with fantastic value. The bar staff, especially Angel, were amazing and made our stay enjoyable. Make sure to try the Mexican night for a fun experience.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the spacious rooms with a balcony and the proximity to the beach club. the staff was also friendly and helpful at all times.
